Overview
SolidHealth.AI is a consumer-focused application designed to close care gaps by streamlining non-clinical tasks by saving between 20 minutes and 2 hours per patient visit for the clinical staff. Its underlying agentic AI platform delivers substantial cost savings to payers while offering comprehensive insights into patient cohorts at the population level.
Our Agentic AI platform constructs a 360° view of each patient’s journey by integrating fragmented EHR data and augmenting it with behavioral data from wearables, ambient sensors, self-reported updates, and caregiver notes through advanced machine learning pipelines. With KNOAH (Knowledge, Navigation and Orchestration Agent for Health), a conversational AI agent, providers can offer personalized, approved recommendations for treatment plans, incentives, and interventions—effectively guiding patient engagement and outcomes.
DataSenseLabs Commitment
DataSenseLabs (DSL) has looked at the current situation of consumer data ownership. We have concluded that it is not a mere luxury but a necessity to lead a better life.
We constantly make decisions, both minor and major, that shape our lives. The clearer and more relevant the information we have, the better our chances of making favorable decisions. With the advent of technology, we receive a wide variety of timely and pertinent information, enabling us to make informed decisions and avoid unnecessary hassle and disappointment. For instance, we can now plan our commutes by checking traffic conditions and alternative routes in advance, ensuring we choose the most optimal path. We look at our financial data to understand if we are improving or worsening our net-worth with the financial decisions we are making. We look at our utilities data to understand how we can improve our savings and also help the environment by making more responsible choices about the use of energy.
Now let's look at our health data - that is if we can even find all of our data in a single place, much less make sense of it. That is what has led us to ask the question - why shouldn't health data be accessible to the data subject? Family practices used to be where all the data and insights resided because patients and doctors had life-long relationships. That's no longer the case today. Most of us see multiple doctors and each doctor sees a large number of patients, making it impossible for one-on-one relationships. The responsibility of managing the personal health history has now transitioned to the patients and their caregivers, typically families. Yet, the tools used for storing and accessing the data are either made sparingly available to the patients or are too complex and fragmented to be used effectively. There's some effort to build tools for consumers, we believe it is not enough. Especially, if we can't see how our health has changed over time, we can't really take necessary actions to maintain good health or improve our condition.
DSL is dedicated to helping individuals access all their data from a wide range of sources. By leveraging the power of advanced AI systems, DataSenseLabs aims to help them derive deep insights from this data, empowering individuals to make informed decisions and take meaningful actions that lead to life-changing improvements.
This is why we started SolidHealth.AI! With new health risks emerging, there's a growing trend of heightened anxiety regarding well-being, leading to an increased demand for personal health tracking products. The personal healthcare sector, from health centers to wearable devices, is experiencing unprecedented growth. In our conversations with individuals, we frequently hear about struggles with anxiety, frustration, and finality. Many are concerned about late diagnosis of chronic conditions and forgetting critical health history details when consulting new specialists, which can result in overlooked or misrepresented information. The process of finding the right specialist, scheduling appointments, and dealing with associated paperwork is often burdensome. Additionally, individuals feel frustrated with tracking medical expenses and ensuring they are billed accurately and fairly.
